Who is responsible for the data?

Starcafé AB, org. no. 556614-2237 (operating Restaurang Frost), Östra Torggatan 6, 652 24 Karlstad, is the data controller for the personal data you give us. You can reach us at info@restaurangfrost.se or 054-18 06 40.

What data do we collect?

We process the data you give us yourself when you contact us, send an enquiry or book a table: for example your name, e-mail address, phone number, date, number of guests and what you write in your message, such as allergy requests.

The website has no forms that send data to us. You contact us by e-mail or phone, and the data reaches us only when you send the e-mail or call us yourself.

If you book a table through our booking system, the data is also handled by the system provider, under the provider's own terms.

Why do we process the data?

We use the data to answer your questions, handle your enquiry or booking and keep in touch with you about it. The basis is that it is needed to give you what you asked for (contract) and our legitimate interest in being able to reply to you.

Do we share the data?

No, we do not sell your data. We only pass it on when needed for the service to work, for example to providers of e-mail, booking or web hosting that process data on our behalf, or when the law requires it.

Some providers we use or link to, for example Google for the map or statistics, may process data outside the EU/EEA. How this is done is described in the provider's own privacy policy.

How long do we keep the data?

We keep the data for as long as it is needed for its purpose and delete it afterwards, unless we are required to keep it longer.

Restaurang Frost's website uses necessary cookies so the site works (no consent needed).

We may also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand and improve the site; analytics/marketing cookies activate only after your consent via the banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time via the banner settings.

Some pages embed third-party content (Google Maps) that may set its own cookies.
