Our food philosophy
A really good meal starts long before the food reaches the plate. We work with suppliers who share our passion for sustainability and flavour, and choose local producers in Värmland whenever we can.
Whether you come for a quick lunch or a long three-course evening, we cook from scratch. The kitchen mixes classic Swedish flavours with international influences, like the gourmet pizza on slow-proved dough with toppings from Italian charcuterie to Swedish delicacies.
In the evening the lights go down, the music softens and the lounge bar fills up. It is a place for the business meeting, the date and the whole crowd, elegant and relaxed at the same time.

Do you take large parties?
Yes. If you are more than ten, call or email and we will prepare for your arrival and can tailor the menu.
Do you have gluten-free and vegetarian options?
Yes. There is always a vegetarian dish at lunch, the salad buffet is full of greens, the pizzas come with a gluten-free base on request and the kitchen happily adapts dishes for allergies.
Can I take food away?
Yes, both lunch and the evening menu, pizzas included, can be ordered for takeaway.
Where are you?
At Östra Torggatan 6, a stone's throw from Stora Torget. City buses stop at the square and there are car parks nearby.
